The velcro strap in the middle of the two rear leg loops, keeping them together, just simply comes apart and some duct tape fixed that. The front bars holding the harness has a looped section keeping the harness from moving up and down the whole length of the metal - these get loose and the dog ends up on it's rear end so make sure the top harness is secured between the two plastic rings keeping it in place. If the dogs topples over in the Kart, the metal stabilisers simply bend. Can be positioned back again but will weaken it all eventually and will probably snap. Make sure all bolts and screws are secure as the whole thing feels a bit loose. It's a shame because a great idea is poorly manufactured and definitely not worth £154. I did look at the reviews for others, but thought as it was more expensive, it would be made of stronger components. It has given my dog a bit of mobility though, so mixed feelings really. You decide!
