The crate is super easy to put together and very lightweight. I travel weekly for work and searched for a travel crate that wouldn’t hurt my back for my puppy. It takes me 5 minutes to put it together and has a travel case. I bought the xxl size and that can be a challenge to get in the carrying case by myself otherwise it’s good. It does tear if you have a chewer or a digger. The only reason I didn’t return it is out of all of the crates on the market this is the best made one. Hopefully my dog won’t continue to tear at the hole.Well we had 2 of these ordered, they came and we were in the process of moving, so e didn't get to check them out until today......way too big for our needs. We will be keeping one but the other hasn't been taken out of the box yet and we need to see what we can do because in our move we missed the return date.Easy to pop up and sturdy. Great carry case. Wish the screening was more transparent.Light robust and great designWe love this product. Took less than ten minutes to take out of the packaging and erect. It’s as good of a soft crate as I’ve come across. If you’re expecting it to contain a dog that wants out at all costs, this product isn’t for you. It’s made of soft synthetic materials, not Kevlar. On behalf of my clumsiness, I broke two plastic pieces but customer service is sending me a free frame. Couldn’t be happier with the looks and as a whole it’s exceeded my expectations.I bought this to crate my German Shepherd puppy. He out grew his original crate. It worked great for about a month while he slept at night and for occasional kenneling during the day. Then one day I left him in it and went to work and when I got home he had busted the entire zipper out of the door and clawed a hold through the door. I tried to fix it, but he just busted right out again. Too bad. It is a nice size and a good looking crate, just not for a dog that wants out. It was also VERY expensive compared to other crates. I wish the meshing on the door and the sides were a lot stronger. A stronger, industrial quality zipper would help as well. I would not recommend this product. It is now used to house his toy collection. I am very disappointed considering I spent so much on this item. I expected better quality.My two large breed dogs are very content inside the crate. They do not like the more traditional kennel systems, and have resisted using plastic or metal crates. They immediately took to these crates. They’re also very convenient in that they fold down and I can carry them up my stairs quite easily.Also - I had a zipper malfunction on one of my crates and found that they have wonderful customer service.Doesn't really hold up when traveling.
