Had a collar problem right from the start. The remote would not recognize one of the collars. Got a hold of Jane (customer service) she sent a new replacement ASAP! Battery for the remote died over a year later and again Jane said she would send me one as soon as they came in 7/10/2021. Could not tell me the battery size?? Seems odd??Made contact with her 2 weeks ago to check the status. Jane said if failed shipment.???Once the battery's go bad around a year of use the system is throw away at best!!Can't tell you how irritated I am. She said she would ship again ASAP. Still zero battery. Do not buy this system.Purchasing a new system else where.
